CPD East: Dartmouth vs Rutgers

When is a loss a win? Never. But Rutgers can take solace in the fact that they have finally arrived with this performance. There can be no more doubt that the Black Death belongs in the CPD.   Rutgers, beaten senseless in the first half at the hands of the Big Green, regained composure and battled back.  It was a 3 point game with just 15 minutes left.  Dartmouth managed to use its experience in tough matches to escape New Jersey with a win. Beware Nittany Lions...

Dartmouth: 34
Rutgers: 31

Please, Dartmouth clearly let up. PSU is going to put them back in their place...at the bottom of the rankings.

are you anonymous because you're a pussy or just an idiot?

A little hypocritical to call me out for anonymity when you yourself use "The Shagmeister" as a name. Unless you are so well known as Shagmeister that I should know who that is, I'm pretty sure you are just as anonymous as "anonymous."

I'm just saying I think Rutgers belongs at the 31st spot in the rankings. That's still 31st best in the country so dont get so riled up.

If Rutgers somehow goes to Happy Valley and hands PSU a loss, then I will call for an investigation into whether the Black Death did in fact infect PSU with the bubonic plague. If cleared of that, I will admit I am very wrong about Rutger's place in the rankings.

Why don't they call themselves the Scarlet Knights?

This back and forth is pointless. Everyone knows State is going to run train on the black death

Pat - its the same issue a lot of clubs have. The Scarlet Knights nickname is controlled by the Athletic Department and they have not granted permission - yet. It is being worked and hopefully will be remedied by next season
